What causes pool equipment to break down is not always obvious. To make sure that your problem gets fixed and stays fixed, our root cause diagnostics will always include the following steps:

1. Interviews with staff about concerns regarding your pool
2. A detailed inspection of the immediate problem
3. A Limited Visual Inspection of the pool area
4. An analysis of circulation equipment performance
5. A detailed written report and itemized quote

The diagnostic is FREE if you choose to have Poolsure complete the recommended service(s) after our diagnostic. Any fee you pay for the diagnostic is refunded / counted toward the total cost of the service performed.
